FIVE prison hunger strikers affiliated to Palestine Action have been taken to hospital as pressure grows on the Government to acknowledge the potentially deadly protest.
Two involved in what is thought to be the biggest hunger strike in the UK since 1981 have not eaten for nearly 39 days as of Wednesday.
They are demanding to be released on bail, with some not expected to stand trial until January 2027, and an end to restrictions on their communications with the outside world.
More broadly, they are seeking for Elbit Systems, a supplier to the Israeli military, to be shut down in Britain and for Palestine Action to be deproscribed by the UK Government .
