Beau Greaves has explained the reason behind her shock practice routine.

The darts star has enjoyed a stunning year on the oche across both the Women's Series and PDC events.

As well as appearing at the Grand Slam of Darts, she reached the final of the PDC World Youth Championship.

Greaves beat world champion Luke Littler on her way to that final, where she was defeated by Gian van Veen.

Meanwhile, the 21-year-old won 86 consecutive matches on the Women's Series to end the season as champion.

She also finished second on the PDC Development Tour, securing a Tour Card for next year and a spot at the PDC World Darts Championship .

Ahead of her second appearance at Alexandra Palace, Beau 'n' Arrow has revealed she only trains for 30 minutes a day.
