US President Donald Trump intensified his attacks on Representative Ilhan Omar at a rally in Mount Pocono, unleashing a fresh round of personal insults and questioning her right to remain in the United States.

Speaking at what was billed as an affordability event in Pennsylvania, Trump mocked Omar with a barrage of taunts -- at one point asking supporters to "imagine if Trump married his sister" -- before insisting the Minnesota Democrat should "get the hell out" of the country. He also revived earlier jabs about her background, including comments about her hijab and immigration history.

Trump called Omar "one of the dumbest governors ever in history," then told the crowd, "Ilhan Omar, whatever the hell her name is. With her little turban. I love her. She comes in, does nothing but b*t
