LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - More than 100 seniors in Louisville have a new place to live before the holidays, as the ribbon has been cut on a new, affordable housing complex on Broadway.

The Gateway on Broadway is a renovated warehouse in the West End located in the Park Hill Industrial Corridor. It now offers 116 units of affordable senior housing, the corporate offices of The Housing Partnership Inc., and will be home to other nonprofits and resource options in the future.
