BEMIDJI — Local radio station KB101 has been announced as one of 50 stations nationwide selected as finalists for the 2026 NAB Crystal Radio Awards, presented by the National Association of Broadcasters.

"This prestigious award, established in 1987, honors radio stations that demonstrate an exceptional commitment to community service, including efforts in public safety, charitable initiatives and local engagement," a release said. "Finalists are chosen based on their year-round contributions to the communities they serve."

Winners will be announced during the NAB State Leadership Conference in Washington, D.C., on March 3, 2026.
