TV star Davina McCall has tied the knot with her devoted partner, Michael Douglas, who supported her throughout her battles with a brain tumour and breast cancer. The couple reportedly exchanged vows in a private and "absolutely beautiful" ceremony attended by their closest friends and immediate family.

Insiders reportedly revealed the lovebirds had opted to keep Friday’s celebration “very low key” before attending a friend’s much larger wedding the following day. This was their first public outing as husband and wife, The Sun reported.
