ORANGEBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WCSC) — The Orangeburg County Sheriff’s Office has announced a sixth arrest in a fatal shooting in November.
Jatarrius Penciel, 18, was arrested and charged with murder and criminal conspiracy, Dep. Richard Walker says.
The charges stem from the Nov. 17 drive-by shooting that left 21-year-old Kyree Walker dead.
Four other suspects , Anthony Fersner, 18, Tristan Mack, 19, Derron Holloway, 18, and Jaden Ferguson, 18, were previously charged with murder and criminal conspiracy. A sixth teen, Kamari Williams, 17, also has been charged with murder.
The U.S. Marshals Service provided assistance and offered rewards of up to $5,000 each for information leading to the arrests of Fersner and Mack.
