Baldur's Gate 3 has patched a lot of its most infamous exploits over time, but a new workaround brings back one of the most powerful lost opportunities. The Sussur Blooms featured in Act One have the ability to neutralize some incredible enemy abilities, emanating an anti-magic field that shuts down magic from any source. Unfortunately, Sussur Blooms typically wilt when taken out of the Underdark, making it impossible to use them against some of the game's most threatening foes.
Reddit user EspressoSteampunk found a new way to take Sussur Blooms out of the Underdark, making them usable above the surface in Act One. By slipping Sussur Blooms into the inventory of the beloved dog Scratch , it's possible to turn Scratch into a walking, barking anti-magic field.
