Indiana edge rusher Stephen Daley will likely miss the rest of the season after sustaining an injury in the celebration following IU's Big Ten Championship win over Ohio State on Saturday.

Daley, a Kent State transfer, is second in the country in tackles for loss with 19, including 12 over the last four games.

"I can confirm he did sustain an injury, a serious injury that will probably make him not available for the remainder of the season," Hoosiers coach Curt Cignetti said Wednesday after video circulated online Tuesday of Daley appearing to be hurt while circling the field to give high-fives to fans in the stands.

With Daley out, the Hoosiers could turn to sophomore Daniel Ndukwe, who has six tackles and one tackle for loss this season. IU was already without one of its top edge rush
