CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - The Summit County Sheriff has issued a LEVEL 1 SNOW EMERGENCY for Summit County in a social media post Wednesday night.

The sheriff’s department urged drivers to use caution as the roadways are hazardous with ice and drifting snow.
