WARREN COUNTY, Ohio —
A judge ordered bond to remain at $500,000 for a man accused of firing a shot at another driver on I-71 in November.
Faizon White has been in Warren County custody since the November 10 incident. Investigators said a driver called 911 that morning, reporting someone had opened fire near the Jeremiah Morrow Bridge. The victim was not injured, but their truck was hit. Advertisement
White was later arrested near the Mason/Kings Mills area, according to investigators.
State prosecutor Steven Knippen urged the court to keep the bond high, citing the seriousness of the charges.
"This is a very serious allegation that he shot at a motor vehicle on I-71," Knippen said.
