The sun was radiating barrages of blazing flashes, sweat was trickling down my face as if I had dipped in a pond of water, my featherweight luggage had encumbered my neuro network as if a burden of ass-load was on my shoulders. Scorching heat was impeding was journey ahead very badly.

My destiny was still miles away. So, I decided to take rest under a nearby Chinar tree. I sat down, sipped water from my bottle, and laid down under the soothing shade of the dense canopy of chinar leaves. Trills, chirrups and chatters of birds in the tree branches began to hush me with their lullabies.
