ELLENWOOD, Ga. — The future of agriculture is front of mind for EliYahu Ben Asa.

The owner of Atlanta Harvest , a farmer's market and working farm based in Ellenwood, Ben Asa shared his perspective with 11Alive's The Georgia Vote in this week's edition of the Voice of the Voter.

Walking between rows of crops at his Ellenwood location situated right next to Anvilblock Road, Ben Asa described the motivation behind his urban farming operation.

"This is what's needed," he said. "Our communities, we need more access to good food, nutrient dense food, healthy food. We need more organizations like Atlanta Harvest who are focused and dedicated on producing the food and where people can come and shop directly."
