NEW DELHI: Saurabh and Gaurav Luthra, co-owners of ‘Birch by Romeo Lane’ nightclub in Goa, were detained by Thai Police early on Thursday on the request of Indian law enforcement agencies, sources said. The duo was wanted after fleeing the country following last week’s blaze that claimed 25 lives. They were detained from a resort in Phuket.
