Some hospitals are telling staff and patients they must wear masks in some areas to try to stop rampant infections
Compulsory face masks are being introduced in some hospitals in the UK amid soaring flu levels. Good Morning Britain reported the changes after an NHS chief urged anyone with symptoms to wear a mask in public.
Speaking on the ITV show this morning presenter Kate Garraway said: “Four hospitals in England have declared critical incidents as a result of the record breaking flu admissions. Face masks have also been made compulsory at some sites.”
