Bomb threat targets Indiana lawmaker on eve of Senate redistricting vote

Another Indiana lawmaker was the victim of a bomb threat the evening of Dec. 10.

State Rep. Ed Clere, R-New Albany, said Indiana State Police responded to his home shortly before 10 p.m. to search for a pipe bomb that an unknown person claimed to have planted there. Police did not find a bomb, and everyone is safe, Clere said.
