WOODBRIDGE, Va. — Police are asking for the public's help to find a man believed to be impersonating a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent in the Woodbridge area on Wednesday.
According to the Prince William County Police Department, officers were called to the Glen Ridge Common Apartments on Island House Loop around 4:30 p.m. to investigate a report of a suspicious person. Officers learned that around 1 p.m., a man wearing a holstered firearm with a badge on his chest, a black mask, gloves and a black T-shirt with patches on the shoulders reading ICE showed up at the apartment.
The resident told police the man identified himself as an ICE agent through the door. The person inside the apartment never opened their door, and the man left the area.
