Holiday temporary workers are a common sight, especially in retail. However, all the Christmas shopping has to be delivered one way or another. That's where delivery drivers come in, with thousands needed in the run-up to Christmas. Scammers have taken note of this , and found a way to target people who need the extra temp work.
Job seekers are being warned about fake delivery driver work listings over the festive period, which could enable insurance details to be stolen by fraudsters. While the scam won't lose you any money in the short term , it could cost a lot in the long term.
