Grand jury indicts Oregon man for possessing child porn

A Lucas County grand jury on Wednesday indicted an Oregon man on 26 felony child porn charges.

Zachary Taylor, 28, of the 100 block of North Goodyear Street, was indicted on 11 counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor, six counts of pandering sexually-oriented matter involving a minor or impaired person, and nine counts of illegal use of a minor or impaired person in nudity-oriented material or performance.

All 26 counts are second-degree felonies.

Oregon police in January received a CyberTip from the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children through the Ohio Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force about unconfirmed child pornography. According to the tip, an individual had uploaded images through an instant messaging mobile application.
