BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - Judge Tiffany Foxworth-Roberts failed to convince Louisiana’s State Supreme Court that she should keep her job as a judge in the 19 th Judicial District and has been ordered off the bench.
The justices overseeing punishment for Foxworth ruled that claims of stolen valor and dishonesty that were lodged against the judge were serious enough that she should be removed from her post.
Foxworth-Roberts was elected in 2020.
An anonymous complainant accused the judge of lying about her military service and allegedly misleading police about a car burglary.
Foxworth-Roberts is specifically accused of telling police her car was broken into in her driveway when the burglary actually occurred at a different location. She has not been accused of any criminal activity rela
