BEREA, Ohio -- A Berea woman, 55, was arrested at about midnight Dec. 4 after police caught her driving drunk in a Chrysler 200.
Police first noticed the car when it was stopped at a red light on eastbound Bagley Road at Mulberry Street.
The car was so far into the intersection that the vehicle behind it was able to turn right onto Mulberry.
When the light turned green, the Chrysler continued east. The woman turned right without stopping at the Bagley-Front Street red light.
Police activated their overhead lights to pull over the woman. She drove into the bike lane before finally stopping in a parking lot on Front.
Police asked the woman nine times to step out of the Chrysler before she finally did so.
She asked police, “You guys been busy today?”
