BEDFORD, Va. (WDBJ) - Bedford Police have announced an arrest in a case involving sex crimes against children.

Thursday, December 11, 2025, Gregory Johnson, 39 of Bedford, was arrested on six felony warrants involving at least one child under 13 years old.

The Bedford Police Department is thanking the U.S. Marshals Office, Bedford County Sheriff’s Office and Bedford County Social Services for their assistance with this investigation.

Police are not releasing further information at this point, but they are asking anyone with information about Gregory Johnson to call the Bedford Police Department at (540) 587-6011.
