HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) - It was the tale of two air masses today as we saw a wide range in temperatures across the area thanks to a warm front. Temperatures out west climbing to record heights in the 60s and 70s, with much cooler temperatures east in the 30s and 40s. No matter what temperatures you felt today, the thermometer will be taking another tumble as we head into the weekend.
A cold front pushing south will bring an increase in clouds this evening into the overnight. A second cold front early tomorrow will reinforce the cold air. Some light snow showers develop toward early Friday morning in Northwest Nebraska. Low temperatures tonight falling into the mid 20s to low 30s.
Get ready for a gray day Friday with mainly cloudy skies. Some light snow will spread east across Northern Neb
