TYLER, Texas — There's a sign of progress for the Dave & Buster's set to come to Tyler.

A permit filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation made in December 2024 showed the well-known eatery, bar and arcade all-in-one will be coming to The Village at Cumberland Park on S. Broadway Ave. in Tyler.

This week, an orange sign with the Dave & Buster's logo shared that construction is coming soon. It will be located where a park currently is -- across from Studio Movie Grill and Urban Air.

The location will be a nearly 23,000 square foot one-story building with an estimated building cost of $4.5 million, the TDLR filing said.

An opening date or exactly when construction will begin are both unknown.
