A body has been found after police launched a major hunt for missing 85-year-old Glenda Keal who was last seen walking in Leicestershire after getting off a bus

A body has been found in the search for a missing pensioner. Glenda Keal, 85, from Leicestershire was last seen on Sunday, December 7.

Police have been searching for the elderly woman who was reported missing from her home in Earl Shilton . On Thursday, December 11, shortly after 8.40am, the force received a report that the body of a woman has been found in the area of Brick Kiln Street in Hinckley.

It is believed to be Glenda, although formal identification has not yet taken place. The pensioner was last seen in Hawley Road in Hinckley , walking towards Westfield Road, just after 1.50pm.
