Just when it looked like the Bruins were going to be close to full strength, they lost two more players.
Viktor Arvidsson and Jonathan Aspirot both left Thursday’s game against the Jets in Winnipeg and didn’t return.
Boston had just gotten David Pastrnak back on Tuesday at St. Louis and Charlie McAvoy back on Thursday, giving them the closest thing they’ve had to a full roster in a while.
But Aspirot left with 5:26 left in the first with an upper-body injury and did not return. Arvidsson departed with a lower-body injury late in the second, leaving Boston with just 16 available skaters for the third period.
