Syracuse, N.Y. —Syracuse University announced a crowd of 12,584 for a Thursday night matchup against St. Joseph’s at the JMA Wireless Dome.
The figure represents tickets sold for the event.
It was the lowest-attended game of the season so far with a 9 p.m. tip-time on the heels of lake effect snow pounding the area throughout the day likely culprits for the small and mostly quiet crowd.
Syracuse defeated St. Joseph’s 71-63 on a night where its offense and free throw shooting struggled again.
Syracuse has averaged 17,758 tickets sold for five home games so far in the 2025-26 season.
The Orange will be back at the dome on Saturday, Dec. 13 to face Hofstra at 4 p.m.
