PEORIA, Ill. – There’ll be no rest for the weary this weekend. Central Illinois will see more snow and frigid temperatures.

25 News First Alert Chief Meteorologist Brian Walder has designated First Alert Weather Days for Saturday and Sunday with another round of snow coming Saturday with totals upward of 3-6 inches.

“Snow looks most likely in the morning and afternoon on Saturday. Dangerously low wind chills are expected Sunday morning. They could be as low as -20 to -25,” Walder says.

Frostbite can occur in as little as 15 to 20 minutes on exposed skin in these conditions.
