STRONGSVILLE, Ohio — An agreement has been reached on a two-year contract between Strongsville City Schools and the Strongsville Education Association, according to new details released Friday morning.

The contract was approved by the Strongsville Board of Education at Thursday night’s meeting.

“This ‘rollover’ contract only addresses negotiated salary increases and other legal updates,” according to a press release from Strongsville City Schools. “All other terms of the current contract will remain in place. Teachers will receive salary increases of 3.0% for the first year and 2.5% for the second year of this contract.”

The contract will be in effect from Aug. 1, 2026, through July 31, 2028.
