Each was brought in separately and taken out of the courtroom after answering some questions. They were extradited from the U.K. just the day before. Article content

Court security brought in Robert Busby Evans, 47, then Barry Evans, 54, both charged with accessory after the fact, and then brought Robert Evans, 24, who is charged with manslaughter in the death of Rahman, a 44-year-old father and husband who ran a downtown restaurant.
All ages are as provided at the time they were charged. The charges themselves have not been tested in court.
