BRIGHTON, Colo. (KKTV) - The Brighton Police Department (BPD) said 56 grams of meth were seized during a traffic stop on Dec. 4.

BPD said officers conducted a traffic stop on a recovered stolen vehicle with outstanding plates near North 9th Avenue and Longs Peak Street in Brighton around 3:15 p.m.

Upon contacting the driver, a 50-year-old woman, police said they learned she was driving without a license.

According to police, the woman was found to have a meth pipe and 56.78 grams of meth with her in the vehicle.

Police said she was booked into the Adams County Detention Facility on multiple felony drug charges, including possession with intent to distribute and controlled substance special offender.
