Billy Ray Cyrus is demanding thousands from the woman who sued him, claiming to be the biological mom of Miley Cyrus.

On Wednesday, Billy Ray filed a request that the woman, named Jayme Lee, be ordered to pay him $7,564.13 to cover the legal bills he amassed while defending himself against her claims, per court docs obtained by Us Weekly .

Billy Ray’s reps were not immediately available to Page Six for comment. His lawyer declined to comment.

Lee filed a lawsuit in May, claiming she was the biological mother of Miley , 33. She alleged that she gave birth to Miley at 12 years old and entered into a “private adoption agreement’ with Billy Ray and Miley’s mother, Tish Cyrus.
