Navy quarterback Blake Horvath rushes during the first half against Army on Dec. 14 in Landover, Md.

The Commander-in-Chief's Trophy is on the line on Saturday, Dec. 13 as one of college football's greatest rivalries is ready to be continued.

For the 126th time in their respective histories, No. 25 Navy and Army will meet on the gridiron in the Army-Navy Game from M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore, the home of the NFL's Ravens franchise.

The Midshipmen are looking to win their second straight Commander-in-Chief's Trophy, handed out to the season-long winner of the rivalry series between the three military academies, Army, Navy and Air Force. It would be their 13th in the last 23 years.

Blake Horvath once again leads the way on offense for Navy with 1,390 passing yards and nine touchdowns while running for 1,040 yards and 14 scores. The 6-foot-2 quarterback is the first Navy quarterback to have back-to-back seasons with at least 1,000 passing yards and at least 1,000 rushing yards.

The Black Knights are looking to get back in the win column after an underwhelming performance in the Army-Navy Game last year. Similar to Horvath, Army's quarterback Cale Hellums is a dual-threat quarterback, and the main headliner of the Black Knights' offense. He has 1,078 rushing yards and 15 rushing touchdowns and has thrown for 504 yards and three touchdowns this season on 69 passing attempts.

Prediction (John Leuzzi, USA TODAY): Navy 28, Army 17

Navy keeps the Commander-in-Chief's trophy in Annapolis with its third win in the last five years over Army. Blake Horvath's dual-threat ability will be a challenge for the Black Knights' defense just like last season, so expect the Midshipman quarterback to have at least two rushing touchdowns and a passing touchdown on the day.
