FARGO — A Fargo man is facing multiple felony charges after an early-morning domestic disturbance prompted a SWAT response in north Fargo, police said.
Fargo Police Sgt. Alex Nelson said officers responded shortly after 1 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 13, to the 2700 block of 10th Avenue North, blocks away from Madison Elementary School. Police developed probable cause to arrest 28-year-old Ethan Erickson, but he refused to leave the residence, Nelson said.
Based on information gathered during the investigation and Erickson’s criminal history, the Red River Valley SWAT team was activated. Police said Erickson was taken into custody without incident.
Erickson is being held in the Cass County Jail on felony charges of terrorizing with a dangerous weapon, domestic violence and terrorizing. He has no
