HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -The incoming winter storm is behaving in a stable fashion. That means the basic tenants are preserved in the forecast.

1.) Snow and falling temperatures will create slick roads.

2.) The snow will impact the Sunday church service schedule.

3.) The bitter cold that follows the snow will lend itself to an alteration in the Monday school schedule.
