Composer and Bigg Boss 19 contestant Amaal Mallik has responded to long-standing claims on social media that show host Salman Khan was biased in his favour during the reality show.
In a recent interview, Amaal clarified that while viewers may have perceived leniency, much of the criticism he received from Salman Khan was not aired during the popular Weekend Ka Vaar episodes.
‘It’s a Perception Linked to Family Legacy’
Speaking to Zoom, Amaal addressed the belief that Salman’s past association with his family influenced his treatment on the show.
“I think this is a perception because we come from a legacy family. My father and uncle have worked with Salman Khan, and I’ve done a few songs as well. There is a professional relationship,” Amaal said.
