STEWARTVILLE, Minn. — Stewartville School District will operate on a Late Start Schedule on Monday, following a tragedy at the Middle School/High School on December 12. Superintendent Belinda Selfors expressed gratitude for the community's support and said that the district is working closely with law enforcement and mental health professionals to ensure the well-being of students and staff.
There will be no morning preschool, and staff will meet at 7:30 a.m. to receive updates and support. Law enforcement officers will be present to reassure safety and limit media access.
