Voters in Cleveland Heights will decide whether to recall Mayor Kahlil Seren amid numerous controversies. They'll also choose mayoral candidates for the Nov. 4 general election, in which Seren was found to be ineligible to run.
East Cleveland Mayor Lateek Shabazz faces his first primary challenge after being court-appointed to the seat in July.
Voters in Garfield Heights will also be picking mayoral candidates for November and in Maple Heights, three are vying for the District 7 council seat.
