An eight-year-old boy has been rushed to hospital after being hit by a car in Glasgow.
Emergency crews scrambled to Keir Street, Pollokshields, at around 3.40pm on Thursday, August 21, following reports of a crash involving a pedestrian and a car.
Officers say the schoolboy was taken to hospital, Glasgow Live reports his condition is unknown.
Images show the scene taped off yesterday afternoon with emergency services at the scene.
Police say enquiries into the incident are ongoing.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 3.40pm on Thursday, 21 August, 2025, police received a report of a crash involving a male pedestrian and a car in Keir Street, Glasgow.
