LE MARS, Iowa (KTIV) - A representative of the Teamsters Local 554 tells KTIV a tentative agreement has been reached by the negotiating committee.

All workers returned to work Saturday, Aug. 23 at their normal start time.

The representative says the next step is to have a ratification vote meeting. At this meeting, workers plan to go over the settlement and vote on the proposed settlement from the company.

The spokesman from Teamsters shared with KTIV the terms of the new 3-year agreement.

Members of the union will receive a health and welfare plan, defined benefit pension, and a wage increase of $3.50 per hour with retroactivity to May 1, 2025.
