BOSTON (WWLP) - An Athol man was arrested in Georgia after two months as a wanted fugitive in connection with robbery, drug, and firearm charges.
Charging documents stated 39-year-old Keith Harlow of Athol is an alleged member of the Vice Lords gang known by his street name "Lord Savage." Harlow has been convicted of several prior armed robberies and was on parole at the time of the alleged offenses following multiple six to ten-year concurrent state prison sentences.
During his time on state parole, Harlow allegedly sent photographs over text and was captured in photos and videos in possession of firearms, a suppressor, and a machine gun conversion device.
