BISMARCK, ND (KXNET) - North 4th Street will be closed between East Avenue D and East Avenue E starting at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 27, as crews from the City Forestry Division remove two boulevard trees.

The work is expected to be completed by the end of the day. No detour will be in place during the closure.
