Thursday evening update: It's a beautiful day here in the CSRA! High pressure is parked nearby with northeast winds ushering in dry and cooler air. Temperatures are several degrees below average in the low to mid 80s. Can't get much better than that for August standards!
Going into tonight, expect some clouds overhead with cool temperatures in the lower 60s.
Thursday brings an increase in cloud cover and humidity ahead of our next weathermaker. Highs will remain below average in the mid 80s.
