AUSTINTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) -- A man was arrested Wednesday on charges of felonious assault after two motorcyclists reported that he was the driver of a car that attempted to run them off the road.
On Aug. 15, two motorcyclists were driving on Mahoning Avenue when they stated a man, identified as Joseph King, passed in the opposite direction before slamming on his brakes, completing a U-turn, and starting to follow them, according to the incident report.
The victims told police King began to follow them near Raccoon Road in an "aggressive manner," stating he was directly behind them and extremely close to their motorcycles -- to the point he had to slam on his brakes to avoid hitting them.
The motorcyclists said they moved into a curb lane of a nearby gas station to get out of his way, but
