(BCN) -- Wednesday's forecast in the Bay Area calls for mostly sunny skies with slight chances of rain in some parts of the region, according to the National Weather Service.
Daytime highs will be mostly in the mid 60s to mid 70s on the coast, in the low 70s to low 80s around the bay, and in the high 80s to mid 90s. Overnight lows will be mostly in the high 50s.
Forecasters say coastal stratus spread into parts of the North Bay on Wednesday morning but was expected to retreat quickly, leaving sunny skies inland and slightly cooler temps. Highs across the region are expected to be a few degrees cooler than Tuesday.
There is a gradual cooling trend for the rest of the week.
