COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) - For the first time in ten days, highs are expected to hit 90 degrees as temperatures return to more seasonable levels. We’ll likely see highs in the 90s through the weekend. Rain chances look limited but not zero.

Mostly sunny to partly cloudy on this Thursday. There is a slight chance of rain. Highs between 87 and 91 degrees.

Passing clouds Thursday night. Lows early Friday in the upper 60s to near 70 degrees.

Friday will feature a mix of sun and clouds. We’ll keep a slight rain chance in the forecast as highs climb into the 90s area-wide.

There may be a few more showers and storms around Saturday with an approaching front but for now rain coverage remains at 20%.
