WEBSTER COUNTY, Mo. — The Missouri State Physics, Astronomy and Materials Science Department announced public observing nights this fall at Baker Observatory.
Baker Observatory is located in Webster County, approximately 10 miles northwest of Marshfield. The observatory was established in 1977 and serves as a research hub for physics-astronomy students and promotes astronomy to the public.
The following dates have been scheduled for public viewing. All dates are weather permitting. • September 26, Time TBA • October 24, Time TBA • November 14, Time TBA
