ADDISON, N.Y. (WETM) – An Addison man has been arrested after an incident of road rage that occurred in the village on Wednesday afternoon.
James Lymber, 32, was arrested on the charge of menacing in the second degree, as stated in a release from the Addison Police Department.
Officials say Lymber was charged with the crime following an incident that occurred on Wednesday, Sept. 3, just after 4 p.m. At this time, officials say Lymber had made threats to another driver while brandishing a steel pipe.
As a result, Lymber was charged and is now being held in the Steuben County Jail.
