BENNINGTON — The Bennington Police Department raided a known drug location on Gage Street in Downtown Bennington on Wednesday, which netted large quantities of illegal drugs, cash, and led to the arrest of five individuals.

According to a Bennington Police Department press release and court documents released after the first of five arraignments in the case, police recovered approximately 1,330 bags of Fentanyl, 240 grams of cocaine, and $13,250 in US currency after a raid at 940 Gage Street in Bennington. Five individuals were arrested in the raid. One of those individuals, Jessica Stratton, 45, a well-known figure to police from past encounters, was arraigned on Thursday.
