Former Anchorage Mayor Dave Bronson has stepped down as manager of Ted Stevens International Airport.

Bronson resigned for personal reasons, with his last day being Tuesday. An airport spokesperson says he departed in good standing.

He had been appointed to the role in January, just months after leaving the mayor’s office.

At this time, no replacement has been announced.

Airport officials say operations will continue as usual while a successor is being determined.
